Prescribing Software Patient Consent Issue:

eRx was aware of an issue where a prescribing system is not correctly recording patient consent for their ePrescriptions for sending to the Active Script List. This was resulting in ePrescription items missing from patient's Active Script Lists. This was not an issue with the eRx Prescription Delivery Service. The impacted prescribing system has now resolved this in a software update that was made available on 08/01/2024. If you are affected by this issue, please ensure your software is up to date or contact your software provider for more information.
