eRx Script Exchange provides a secure and safe transmission of prescription and dispensing data between authorised practitioners and the pharmacists. eRx is already installed in every major pharmacy software program in Australia. You simply need to activate it.

Step 1.

The practitioner prints a paper prescription with an eRx barcode or sends an ePrescription to a patient or their My Script List, transmitting it to the secure exchange.

Step 2.

The patient sends in their ePrescription or presents with their prescriptions to the pharmacy of choice

Step 3.

The pharmacist scans the barcode or QR code on the prescription or accesses the ePrescription to download the information safely and securely
